The project comprises 12 two-family houses located in Vila Nova de Gaia, in the parish of Canidelo, featuring T3 and T2 typologies, integrated within a large private green area and accompanied by a support building housing a gym and swimming pool.

The building incorporates a central distribution area along the façade, providing access to the villas, garages, and outdoor spaces. Half of the villas offer direct entry to the basement level, while the remaining units are duplexes accessed via stairs to the ground floor.

All units have access to the –2 level via stairs and elevators, which house the garages and technical areas. In total, there are 23 individual parking spaces.

The project’s aesthetics, inspired by the 1980s, employ a deliberately limited palette of materials and colors. Ecru and beige tones characterize the ETICS cladding on the façades and the exterior sidewalk pavements. The building’s base is finished in Vila Real Yellow Granite, renowned for its durability and regional tradition.

In contrast to the structural elements, aluminum frames with a minimalist profile complement the design, offering views of the private green areas from the balconies.
