Project Description

Escritórios HDG

The challenge of this project was to create a balance between the classic and the contemporary. With a simple layout, this balance was reinforced by a palette that combines noble materials, such as rosewood and marble, with more raw and utilitarian materials like concrete and carpet.

This office results from the union of two independent spaces, creating two separate entrances, one for operations and the other for clients. The spatial organization is structured into three “layers” that intersect and communicate with one another: the first layer, a reception area; the second, a circulation space; and the third, a work area, which is the most private zone.

The most private area has three enclosed offices, a meeting room, and a larger work area that connects directly to the pantry and service areas.

Given the small size of the office, it was crucial to differentiate the spaces while maintaining a sense of continuity. To achieve this, the panel separating the reception area (the innermost zone) from the work areas is perforated with acrylic panels, allowing light to enter the reception area while maintaining visibility between the different layers of the space.
