The Hotel de Malanje was designed to be a three-star hotel with a  22 rooms capacity, offering some amenities to guests. It includes a swimming pool and an outdoor area for lounging, a poolside bar and a pleasant garden.

It has 2 floors, where on the first floor are located the areas of reception, meals, rest and services. The second floor is occupied exclusively by rooms, all of which are equipped with private bathrooms and balconies.

The buildings have an L shape, one where the rooms are located and another (with only one floor) closer to the pool, where the restaurant and bar are located.
